Why build your career here

You won't be a number on a schedule

We are a family run company and we run it that way every day. You will know the people you work for, and your work will be noticed. A plumber here can learn generator work. A carpenter can pick up masonry. If you want to grow, there is room to grow.

  • Family run since 1980

    Same local ownership, same standards.

  • Steady year round work

Across Orono, Bangor, and the surrounding areas.

  • Exposure to many trades

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, masonry, and generators.

  • Room to learn a new trade

  • Coworkers who teach

Licensed, experienced coworkers who take the time to teach what they know.

  • Short local drives

You are home at the end of the day.

Our promise to our crew

Respect, honesty, and a fair deal

That means clear expectations, work that is scheduled well, the tools and support to do the job right, and a real say in how the work gets done. Whether you have twenty years in the trade or you are just getting started, we will meet you where you are.
